WELCOME to the new community website for Hastings, Ontario.

Local businessman Dennis Savery has maintained the Hastings Chamber’s charter every year since 2004. Savery believes a Chamber focused entirely on Hastings and its immediate area will be better able to boost local economy, help people connect, and promote the many attractions Hastings has to offer.

Local residents and business owners officially reactivated the Chamber on April 16, 2009 with the election of a new Board of Directors. The Board consists of Savery as President, Chester Stocki as Vice President, Hank St-Onge as Treasurer, Christine Hooisma as Secretary, and former President Don Hopkins as a Director.

“With the economic times and the stress that has been put on businesses locally, we thought we’d band together again to try to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow,” Savery said.
